How can the error message during OPAC-search without "Anonymous" access be avoided? (The Notes Log will display the following: *** HTTP Web Server: Lotus Notes Exception - The second argument to @Subset must not be zero) Without "Anonymous" access for browser-access the access rights have to be set to author instead of reader. The access rights (checkboxes) "Create documents" and "Delete documents" should not be assigned. The access right (checkbox) "Write public documents" MUST be assigned. Maybe the server has to be rebooted after editing an "Anonymous" entry in the ACL. For certain titles copies of one location are displayed in two separate categories. Why? Under "Configuration - Copies" the location designation must be UNAMBIGUOUS. Thus, e.g. "Franfurt I FRA" and "Frankfurt" are treated as separate categories. Simply change both entries to "Frankfurt". How can the number of documents catalogued on a certain date be determined? Enter the following into the Full text search in view 08: "[ExDate]=date". How can the automatic deadline monitoring be disabled? Automatic deadline monitoring can be disabled either within the personal configuration document or within the journal document itself. When a link is sent from a librarian view to a normal user, this user will see the link content within the corresponding librarian form. How can this be prevented? Set the access of forms TI and TIJ to "Librarian" instead of "all users". Then activate TIS as the default form. How can field contents automatically be replaced? Switch to view "Title and copies" and select all documents (use from menu: "Edit - Select all"). Then select from menu "Actions->Admin->Selected documents: Field search and replace ...". A dialog window will be opened. Select the corresponding field within this dialog. Enter the content that is to be replaced. Enter the new field content. Note: You can use the following wild cards while searching for existing field contents: * for an arbitrary number of characters ? for a single character |
