Mail-to-Fax Gateway available

Select "yes" if a corresponding gateway is available within your system. The address information for this gateway could be something like "<FAXNUMBER>@Fax".

The reply-to field for outgoing e-mails can be defined here.

Enter the mail address to which answers should be sent. Generally this is a global e-mail address, like e.g.:

helpdesk[at]geocom.de

Message from
In addition to the reply-to address, the senders identification can also be specified in this section. It is possible to specify multiple senders identifications. The following example shows the syntax:

*.uk | "$CN" helpdesk[at]geocom.de@ISG
*.de | "$CN" benutzerverwaltung[at]geocom.de@ISG
* | "$CN" helpdesk[at]geocom.de@ISG

Info: Upon configuration the current Notes domain must be added to the address, e.g. "@ISG".

All messages to recipients within a German domain space (*.de) will be provided with "benutzerverwaltung[at]geocom.de" as sender's address. For recipients from other domain spaces the English sender identification "helpdesk[at]geocom.de" will be used.

Info: "$CN" stands for "Common Name", i.e. prior to the actual sender's identification the name of the sending person will be shown.
