Activity sort order in views: latest first
In order to display latest activities first within views, activate this selection box.

If the sort order of entries has been changed by this option, this only applies to new documents. The change can be made valid for all existing documents by switching to view "Activities... g. by date".

Use the "Expand all" button to ensure all documents are visible. Then select from menu:

Actions - Selected documents - Update view title

The sort order will be changed for all documents within the database.


Categories for activity documents
In every activity document the field "Category" is present.


Within this field a selection list of different activities can be predefined. You can also select whether or not other values should be valid.
    
Examples for Categories for activities: Offer, Paper, Invitation

Info: The view "Activities... f. category" will show a list of all existing activity documents within the database, sorted by category.
